No personal financial information is collected by ContributorSavingsCard.com. The credit card application process is covered by the extensive Privacy Policy of the American Express Corporation.
The pharmacy savings network enrollment information, which is voluntarily provided by the applicants for our offering, is used to fulfill and administer the prescription savings program. This prescription savings program cannot be provided without an ability to communicate with members.
The prescription enrollment information will only be shared with our Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM). The PBM has a privacy policy that covers their use and protection of personal information. The PBM will use the contact information of the individual as necessary to properly administer a member’s full service prescription benefit
No individually identifiable member information will be shared, exchanged, bartered, or sold to any other external party or used by ContributorSavingsCard.com, except as disclosed when the information was collected, or as required by law. Only authorized personnel properly trained in the handling of enrollee information will be authorized to have access to such information. Personnel that violate any aspect of our privacy policy will be subject to disciplinary processes.

The ContributorSavingsCard.com site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. ContributorSavingsCard.com uses networking, server, database, software, and procedural mechanisms to safeguard the integrity and privacy of data.
